Mindy Pollack Fusi is a freelance and
creative writer who writes regularly for
The Boston Globe. She also
coaches students on writing college
application essays
and teaches college application essay and creative writing workshops for
Bedford Center for the Arts,

essays for the “Chicken Soup for the Soul” series, and for five years,
she wrote a column called "Personally Speaking" for The Bedford
Minuteman. Formerly a health care public relations consultant, she graduated from Syracuse University in 1977 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Magazine Journalism, and from Boston University in 1986 with a Master’s Degree in Public Relations. Mindy lives in Bedford, Massachusetts with her husband, Steve, two daughters, Melissa and Gina, and two cocker spaniels, Gilligan and The Skipper.
